NY State Prelicensing Course Info The Big Apple Motorcycle School offers the NY State Prelicensing course weekly The Big Apple Motorcycle School now offers a weekly NY State Prelicensing course on most Thursdays throughout the summer. This five hour course is required for any new car or motorcycle driver in New York State prior to obtaining their driver's license. The course will be held at Briarcliffe College, 1055 Stewart Avenue, Bethpage NY 11714, in Nassau County, Long Island. The course is scheduled to run starting at 6:00 pm most Thursday evenings. The schedule of dates is May 30, June 14 and 21, July 12, 19 and 26, August 2, 9 and 16. Upon completion of the course, each participant will receive NY State form MV-278, the Prelicensing Class Completion Certificate. Preregistration is required - please contact us to register!
